Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.
If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, delivery times may be longer.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@talltreesbabywear.com within 10 days of expected delivery for USPS and 5 days for UPS, and we’ll be happy to assist.
