Manufacturing & Care

What materials are your clothes made from?

We use only American-milled, organic cotton knits. Organic cotton is grown following careful organic practices to be free of pesticides. Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified as well, so everything touching your baby’s skin is safe, soft, and gentle.

What sizes do your baby clothes come in?

Available in 3–6, 6–12, and 12–18 months, our clothing is designed to move and grow with your baby. With roomy necklines, generous raglan sleeves and harem pants featuring easy-roll cuffs, each piece keeps up with every wiggle and giggle. Check our Size Chart in the footer for more exact measurements.

How should I wash and care for the baby clothes?

Machine wash in cold water with mild detergent. We recommend tumble drying on low. Only use non-chlorine bleach when needed.

Do you manufacture in the United States?

Yes. Our organic cottons knits (also OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified for safety) are American-milled and sewn. We intend to keep the construction of our babywear in US factories. Our first partner is Hocking Hills, a garment center started in a former Appalachian coal-mining town also affected by the opioid crisis. Their goal is to reimagine US manufacturing and bring back jobs as well as a sense of purpose to the region. An inspirational documentary called “We Make Your Clothes” follows their experience as they set up a factory in an unused church. Let’s watch the film preview together.

Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States via UPS.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Need to cancel?

We get it. We change our minds too. And we’re happy to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet. To request a cancellation, please email us at orders@talltreesbaby.com. We’ll do our best to catch it before it leaves. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but you may return it once it arrives (please see our Return Policy for details). Thank you for supporting a small business — your understanding helps us pack and ship orders efficiently.

What if my package is missing?

We want every order to arrive safely and on time. Once a package ships, tracking and delivery updates are managed by UPS. If your order hasn’t arrived or shows “Delivered” but you don’t have it:

  1. Please check around your property and with neighbors. If it’s still missing after 2 business days, email us at orders@talltreesbaby.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll open a trace with UPS right away and keep you updated. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience — we know how disappointing it is when something goes missing, and we’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure you are absolutely delighted. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes, exchanges are available while stock lasts. If your preferred size/color is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

Gifts

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, your selections always come happily gift-wrapped with our compliments.

Can I include a gift note with my order?

Absolutely! Just add your message during checkout, and we’ll include it with your gift.

Do you sell gift cards?

No, we do not sell gift cards at the moment.
